I'm in despite need to lose weight and I know I'm a very weak person. So I think I should start with a diet that won't kill me. When I was about 19, I tried a diet for a few months - don't eat carbs and meat at the same meal. Meat don't include dairy, eggs, fish and seafood. From Monday to Saturday, I will eat carbs with everything except meat. Some portion, just skip all the meat. Then on Sunday, I will eat meat and no carbs.
I don't know how long it will least this time. But I'll try. I do have a bigger plan and I don't want to call it mission (that's super doper lame!) and I need to lose weight in order to step a little closer to my plan. And it's going to do me really good. Of course I need to work out but I don't want to push myself so much. So one step at a time.
And don't worry, I won't make this a keep fit diary. I hate that.
